Quality managers, inspection body leads, accreditation project managers.
Modular curriculum.
The course is delivered as a structured, modular programme. Each module combines conceptual foundations, practical exercises based on live Institute engagements, and participant working-group sessions. Detailed module-by-module syllabus is shared with confirmed participants ahead of the course.
Practitioner faculty.
Delivered by senior practitioners from the Institute's Inspection & ITC Center of Excellence, with international credentials in the subject area. Trainer profiles and biographies are confirmed at cohort announcement.
On successful completion.
Participants receive a KST Academy Certificate of Completion, with CPD / CPE hours documented. Where the course prepares for an external professional certification (e.g. FIDIC, PMI, ISO 37001 auditor), the relevant external pathway is signposted.
