KST Institute · Pristina — Western Balkans · EU-aligned infrastructure authority
Authority

Twelve centers. One methodology. Institutional independence.

Our Centers of Excellence are independent, cross-cutting units that set the Institute's methodology and authority — serving all Divisions, working directly with clients, and holding the Institute's accreditation and certification trajectories.

Authority · Twelve Centers

Where standards, independence and institutional rigour are set.

Each Center operates with its own governance, impartiality safeguards and accreditation or certification path where relevant — from ISO/IEC 17020, 17021, 17025 to ISO 9001, 37001 and 55001.

The Centers are the authority layer of the Institute. They set methodology for the Divisions, hold independent review functions, and represent the Institute in accreditation, certification and standardisation bodies.
