About KST Institute

An independent infrastructure authority for Kosovo and the region.

KST Institute is Kosovo's independent technical authority — delivering engineering, advisory and independent technical work to the standards expected by the European Union and international financial institutions.

Originally incorporated on 3 May 2016 as MSC Group SEE Ltd., the company was reorganised and rebranded as KST Institute — converting nearly a decade of engineering and infrastructure track record into a full institutional authority. Headquartered in Pristina, we serve governments, IFIs, investors and developers across the Western Balkans and the EU perimeter.

Our role is to move infrastructure from political announcement to bankable, EU-compliant delivery — with the independence that regulators and lenders require.
