Divisions
Ten sector-led Divisions, each accountable for end-to-end delivery within its scope — from planning to operations.
Kosovo's institutional infrastructure authority — moving complex projects from political announcement to bankable, EU-compliant delivery.
KST Institute is Kosovo's independent technical authority — delivering engineering, advisory and independent technical work to the standards expected by the European Union and international financial institutions.
Originally incorporated on 3 May 2016 as MSC Group SEE Ltd., the company was reorganised and rebranded as KST Institute — converting nearly a decade of engineering and infrastructure track record into a full institutional authority. Headquartered in Pristina, we serve governments, IFIs, investors and developers across the Western Balkans and the EU perimeter.
